SwaddleDesigns zzZipMe Sack

Ok, so here’s another one from SwaddleDesigns.  This is the zzZipMe Sack - Fuzzy Lime with Brown Mod Circles.  This blanket/sack is designed for infants 3-6 months old.  Basically, this product is a variation of Halo’s SleepSack, which was a huge success.  The design is to help babies reduce the risk of SIDS.

The zzZipMe Sack was created for babies when they are ready to move on from swaddling.  A nice feature of this blanket is a 2-way zipper, which opens from the bottom and the top.  The concept is to zip down from the top to easily place your baby inside, but while changing a diaper, your baby can stay warm by zipping from the bottom to the top.  It’s a very clever feature that is great for parents.

This blanket has gone through much testing in the United States and the United Kingdom and meets CPSIA requirements.  The Fuzzy Plush zzZipMe Sacks have a TOG rating of 2.2.  The recommended use for a blanket of this rating is temperatures between 65 - 70 degrees F, which is the range medical experts recommend for sleep environments. This blanket is 100% polyester and made in the USA .

Here are some more funny babies at their best.  From AFV, these babies will lighten up your day.  First up, is a baby getting fed a lemon.  Tough for anyone to endure, but this baby makes you laugh.  Then, you have the classic child with his birthday cake, and all of the fun that brings.  When he hears people laughing at him, he kind of gives this look as if to say, “what the heck are you laughing at?!?”. 

Next up is my personal favorite - the little boy going through a tunnel.  LOL!  Oh man, I laughed so hard the first time I saw that much fear in those little eyes.  Is it wrong to laugh at him?  Whatever, it’s hilarious!  Finally, you have a comedian in the making.  This baby is getting laughs from his sister, and he knows it.  Funny stuff…..enjoy!

Ok, here’s another one that had us laughing, but we also felt sorry for the little guy!  This baby definitely needs a good case of shut eye (come to think of it, I could too!).  He gets so close time and time again only to jolt back awake.  

Notice the completely oblivious older brother who is mesmerized by the TV.  Well, at least he serves as a good pillow in the end.  Hooray, for the little baby who finally gets some sleep!  Probably til the next commercial break.

This personalized baby blanket comes from Simplysublime.com.  Each personalized throw from this site is individually handcrafted with your own unique text woven, not printed, into each throw as it is being made.  This is a nice and lasting technique for the blanket.  

The blankets are 100% cotton and they are huge!  A full size 54″x70″ jacquard woven throw blanket is what you get here.  The blankets are fringed on all sides and handcrafted in the USA.  This baby blanket may not be right for the crib but as a decorative piece in your nursery or for you to cuddle up with.  There are over 20 different designs to choose from for your baby or kid.  The blanket goes for $99.95. 

You can put in first name, last, both, the date or other messages on the blanket.  Instructions for this blanket say to be descriptive when on how you want your text to show up on this throw because the text box provided can fit an unlimited amount of text in it.  So, there are obviously some technical issues that this site needs to resolve, but the blanket is still a pretty cool gift.

Ok, you probably have to have been living in a cave on a desert island to not have seen this funny video, but if you haven’t seen it, enjoy!  This is a hilarious video demonstrating the interactions between young brothers.  Not to mention, the older brother has an awesome British accent that makes it better. 

While cuddled up with a blanket on their family’s chair, Charlie bites his brother.  The older brother, Harry, decides it was kind of funny and goes back for more.  Not a good decision.  See what happens after that!
