SIZING INFORMATION - Standard Sleep Pea Pods are sized to fit most infants 0-9 months transitioning from Swaddle Mode to Arms Free Mode. Minky Sleep Pea Pods have less stretch and fit most infants 6-18 pounds in Swaddle Mode and 6-28 pounds in Arms Free mode. Because Knit Sleep Pea Pods have more stretch they fit most infants 6-28 pounds in both Swaddle and Arms Free mode.

Swaddle Mode - Slide Sleep Pea Pod up your infant making sure that the side seams are placed directly on the right and left side of your infant's body (this ensures the highest likelihood that your infant's arms will remain in the Sleep Pea Pod while they sleep). Gently place your infant's arms inside the Sleep Pea Pod one at a time making sure each arm is safely below the level of the pocket (approximately 4 inches inside the Sleep Pea Pod). Check to make sure the pod is applied correctly and loose around your child's neck resting snuggly across their shoulders. Finally, locate your child's feet in the Sleep Pea Pod and tie a knot gently beneath the level of your child's feet. As your child grows, the knot can be adjusted to fit their length eventually being left untied.

Arms-Free Mode - Slide Sleep Pea Pod up your infant placing the top of the fabric snuggly beneath their arm pits and across their chest. Locate your child's feet in the Sleep Pea Pod and tie a knot allowing plenty of space for your child's feet to move. In arms-free mode it is important that your child's feet have room to move to help prevent them from kicking the blanket off at the bottom.
